Does Attenva replace my email provider?+
No. Attenva is a focused review and organisation layer. Your mailbox remains with its provider.
How much message history does Attenva keep?+
You choose 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, with seven days as the starting setting. Attenva focuses on current work and does not promise a complete mailbox archive or recovery of mail no longer available from your provider.
Can Attenva send, delete or change messages in my mailbox?+
No. Attenva reads connected mailboxes but does not send, delete, move, label or otherwise modify messages in them.
Is my data safe?+
Attenva uses secure connections to mailbox providers and encrypts stored message content. Each workspace is kept separate. Messages are filtered and deduplicated before deeper AI analysis, and only the content needed for that analysis is shared with the configured AI provider after the workspace explicitly authorises it.
Is my mailbox used to train a shared model?+
No. Attenva does not use mailbox content to train a shared model. External analysis requires a separate, explicit workspace authorisation.
Can anyone register?+
Not yet. Attenva is an invite-only B2B beta while security, reliability and customer controls are validated with a small group.
