Closed beta agreement
Terms of use
These terms govern authorised business access to the invite-only, free Attenva beta in the European Union.
- Effective:
- 13 July 2026
- Version:
- 1.2
1. Operator and agreement
Attenva is a product and brand operated by Bearpoints Mikołaj Bednarek, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 5212136333. Questions may be sent to kontakt@attenva.online.
By creating or using an invited workspace, the business user confirms that they are authorised to act for the participating organisation and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is not offered to consumers in the current beta.
2. Beta service
Attenva connects authorised business mailboxes and imports messages into a tenant-isolated review workspace. Current features include read-only mailbox ingestion, incremental background checks, mailbox/date/category filters, account security controls and manual user review. Gmail access is read-only; Attenva does not send, modify, label or delete Gmail messages.
This is a free, invite-only beta. Features, data models and availability may change. There is no service-level agreement, guaranteed uptime, support response time, long-term availability or promise that every provider message will be imported without delay.
3. Accounts and security
- Users must provide accurate business account information and keep credentials and recovery codes secure.
- Users must enable and use multi-factor authentication when required by their workspace policy.
- Each mailbox may be connected only by a person authorised to grant Attenva access to it and to process the correspondence it contains.
- Suspected compromise or unauthorised access must be reported promptly to the Operator.
- Accounts and invitations may not be sold, shared with unauthorised persons or used to bypass tenant separation.
4. Customer responsibility for mailbox data
The participating business remains responsible for determining whether it may connect a mailbox and process messages, attachments and personal data through Attenva. This includes informing employees, correspondents or other individuals where required, establishing a lawful basis and entering into an appropriate data-processing agreement before use beyond the controlled beta where applicable.
Users must review important messages and make their own business, legal, financial, security and communication decisions. Attenva is a decision-support workspace, not legal, financial or professional advice.
5. AI features
Optional AI-assisted message categorisation may be enabled for a workspace only after a separate tenant-scoped authorisation. When enabled, selected and bounded message data is sent to the identified provider for categorisation, explanation and a suggested next action. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not authorise that transfer.
Attenva identifies the provider, purpose, data categories, processing location, retention and model-training rules in the authorisation screen. Users must review automated categories and recommendations; no model output is guaranteed accurate or suitable as the sole basis for a significant decision.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- connect a mailbox or process data without proper authority;
- use Attenva for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, spam or infringement of third-party rights;
- attempt to access another tenant, circumvent security controls, probe private services or extract credentials and tokens;
- upload malware or deliberately overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service;
- use beta output as the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effects on an individual.
7. Customer data and intellectual property
The customer and relevant rights holders retain their rights in mailbox content and business data. The customer grants the Operator only the limited right needed to host, retrieve, display, secure and otherwise process that data to provide the beta under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Attenva software, brand, interface and documentation remain the property of the Operator or applicable licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta for the invited organisation’s internal business evaluation.
8. Confidentiality and support access
Each party must protect confidential information received through the beta and use it only for the agreed evaluation. Operator access to mailbox content is limited to authorised support, incident response, service protection or legal requirements as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability, changes and suspension
We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue the beta, including to address security, provider-policy, legal or operational risks. Where reasonably possible, we will notify invited users of material changes. We may suspend access immediately if continued use threatens data, users, infrastructure or compliance.
10. Ending use and deletion
The customer selects a message-history period of 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. Messages older than that period are permanently removed from Attenva together with their stored content and message-level analysis. Changing this setting does not delete or modify messages in the source mailbox, and increasing it later cannot restore data already removed from Attenva.
A user can disconnect a mailbox from mailbox settings. Disconnect stops future access and triggers deletion of imported content for that mailbox from active stores. The business may also request workspace or account deletion at kontakt@attenva.online. Detailed steps and backup limitations are set out on the Data deletion page.
We may retain minimal security, acceptance, request and legal-claim records where necessary and permitted. Reconnecting a mailbox starts a new bounded import rather than restoring deleted active data.
11. Fees
The current beta is free. A future paid service may use Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal pages, but no charge can begin until prices, billing interval, tax treatment and cancellation information are presented. Attenva does not collect or store card details, and a browser redirect never by itself grants paid access.
12. Beta warranty disclaimer
The beta is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete message retrieval, error-free categorisation, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every mailbox provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made without appropriate human review. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct where applicable. The parties should agree a commercial liability framework before production or paid use.
14. Governing law and disputes
Polish law governs these Terms. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. For B2B disputes, courts competent for the Operator’s place of business will have jurisdiction where such agreement is permitted by law.
15. Changes
Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Where a change affects the agreed beta use or requires renewed acceptance, the user will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
16. Change history
- Version 1.2 — 13 July 2026: added customer-controlled hard message retention and its irreversible effect inside Attenva.
- Version 1.1 — 11 July 2026: added separately authorised AI analysis and the Stripe-hosted future billing boundary.
